The Kyrene Foundation Golf Classic – A great Day for Golf and Kyrene’s Kids

Another successful Shred-A-Thon was held on Saturday, April 21.
Our Shred-A-Thon at Kyrene Monte Vista Elementary school collected 35 boxes of donated food for the Kyrene Resource Center. The 35 boxes included 6 boxes of healthy snack items.  There were three trucks on site – one truck available for on-site shredding and two box trucks to secure and transport the paper to the ASSD facility in

OdySea Aquarium Field Trip
After receiving a $500 spring mini grant, the third grade team members at Kyrene de Las Lomas took a filed trip to the OdySea Aquarium in Scottsdale. For many of the students of the Title 1 school, this was their first time visiting an aquarium. After their visit, students then completed a reflection on the trip.
